There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation up to 29 days before arrival: Free of charge, the deposit paid will be refunded
• Cancellation from 28 to 8 days before arrival: only the deposit for confirmation will be retained. If the booking was confirmed through another means and thus without a deposit, 30% of the agreed total price will be charged as cancellation fees
• Cancellation from 7 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the agreed total price or 30% and the deposit paid for confirmation
• Cancellation from 1 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price or 50% and the deposit paid for confirmation
• Early departure/late arrival or non-arrival: 100% of the agreed total price or 70% and the deposit paid for confirmation

Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Cancellation conditions are person-related.

Travel Cancellation Protection Hotel Cancellation Plus

We strongly recommend to take out a Travel & Cancellation Insurance. Cancellation fees will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation. When making your reservation, you have the option to conveniently purchase Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance in one step. This insurance protects you in case of cancellation but also in case of early departure due to emergency or illness. You can find all information here.

There is a charge of € 3.40 per adult/day for the local tax, which is required by law. Children up to 15 years of age are exempt. Citizens of Ukraine are exempt from the local tax.

Rooms are available for check-in between 2:00 PM (earliest time) and 4:00 PM (latest time). Check-in is possible until 11:00 PM, but please inform us if your arrival is after 8:00 PM or you plan to chek- in after 11 PM. It is possible to have breakfast on the day of arrival for a price of €20.00 per person. Our à la carte restaurant serves you on the day of arrival from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for an additional charge.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:30 AM, otherwise a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. Late check-out is possible upon availability and for an additional fee. It is possible to use the wellness area on the day of departure until 7:00 PM for an additional fee of €10.00 per person (including locker and changing room).

To secure the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the agreed booking value is required. The remaining amount can be settled on-site.

We accept cash payment, debit card, cash card, Visa and Mastercard, or advance bank transfer as payment methods. A 2% fee applies to business cards. American Express cards are not accepted. Unfortunately, cash payments over 5,000 euros are not possible for legal reasons.

The floor plans depicted, as well as the size of a room and its features (with or without balcony) may vary from the actual room depending on its location.

We will gladly confirm the room category upon booking. We are very committed to fulfilling all your wishes, yet are unable to book a specific room number or floor for you.

Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome at our hotel, and leash regulations apply throughout the entire hotel area. For direct bookings, we charge €18.00 per pet per day, excluding food. At this price, dog beds, bowls, and blankets are available upon request.

Dogs are not allowed in the main dining hall and wellness area, but we are happy to accommodate your and your dog in a dog-friendly dining room - please inform us of this request when booking your stay. You can book all room categories with your four-legged friend, and to ensure your dog feels as comfortable as you do on vacation, we also offer suites with spacious garden areas. Numerous ideal walking routes start directly from our hotel.

For bookings through third-party providers (e.g., Booking.com), the price is €25.00 per pet per day.
